I started crocheting in 2016 as a way to help out a club in college. I didn’t realize how much I would like it at the time, but it slowly became my biggest hobby and passion. I started crocheting more seriously in 2018 and 2019, concentrating mostly on blankets. After not really enjoying standard yarn, I moved on to Bernat blanket yarn, finding a niche that I stayed in for a couple years. I crocheted blankets as gifts for family and friends, ranging in sizes from baby blankets to blankets big enough for two people. As I shared photos of finished projects with friends and coworkers, I was also able to sell some of my blankets. 2021 marked my first real transition into new crochet projects, such as pillows, stuffed animals, and sweaters. This has allowed me to not only expand my crochet knowledge, but also have more variety to offer for both gifts and orders. I hope to continue to learn more and crochet for many years to come.
